A poster series celebrating the life and work of three poets: Edgar Allan Poe, Paul Laurence Dunbar, and Allen Ginsberg. Utilizing experimental type, these posters become moody representations of the authors: Poe’s anger is represented in red, Dunbar’s depression is blue, and Ginsberg’s anxiety is depicted in a sickening yellow. The imperfections of the shadows mimic the struggles each man faced. Winner of the 2017 Graphis New Talent Silver Medal.
